Return & Warranty Policy

Hairluxx&Co follows a 30 day return and warranty policy. If you wish to exchange items, need to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, untampered, or unused, needs to be in its original packaging, colour swaps are completely free we cover all costs.

Please be aware our warranty policy only applies to hair extensions that have been applied by a professional hairdresser. Any hair extensions that have not been applied/coloured by a qualified hairdresser will not be eligible for a warranty coverage. This is to ensure the high standard quality and care of your hair extensions.

To start an exchange/return you must contact our friendly team first at info@hairluxxco.com Once your request is accepted we will update you via email about your return and having your package shipped to us. 

Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately if the item you received is defective, damaged due to a delivery or if you received the wrong item ( include photos ) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Something not quite right? That's fine! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the sealed item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship your new item or issue you with a full refund store credit valid for 6 months.

Please be advised we do not offer refund for change of mind once item is shipped or exchange used/open items.
