If you wish to exchange items, need to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, untampered with or unused and in its original packaging, colour swaps are completely free we cover all costs. Please note we do not refund opened / used hair extensions / products due to health & regulations.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged due to delivery or if you received the wrong item (include photos if applicable), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
