Exchange Return Policy & Refunds
If you wish to exchange items, need to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, untampered with or unused and in its original packaging, please note we do not refund opened / used hair extensions / products due to health regulations.
To start an Exchange you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once request accepted, we’ll send you instructions as on how and where to send your package.
Please be advised we do not offer refund for change of mind or exchange/refund on used items and custom orders.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged due to delivery or if you received the wrong item (include photos if applicable), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Something not quite right? That's fine! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the sealed item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
